Payments for WhySoPaid are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, taxes, receipts and refund processing for paid transactions.
Refund requests are handled by Paddle within a clear 14-day window.

You may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.
To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact us at [email protected] with the email used for purchase and your Paddle transaction details.
You may cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops future billing but does not replace the 14-day refund request window for a completed transaction.
